First time calling?

At the Login: prompt, type NEW and press Enter. Follow the prompts to choose a unique username and password. Returning callers: enter your BBS username and password.

Once activated, Windows Command Prompt, PowerShell, Linux and macOS terminals can use:

ssh -p 2222 [email protected]

This command is not live yet. Use the browser terminal now. Your BBS account connects to the board; no root account is required.

AFTER THE CARRIER CONNECTS

Make yourself
at home.

For the classic layout, use a desktop browser with an 80-column, 24-row terminal. Click inside the terminal before typing. Follow each screen’s prompts and press Enter to submit.

R reads messages, P posts, J changes message areas, X opens external programs and games, and T opens file libraries. Use O at the main menu to log off.

If the connection drops, reconnect and sign in again. A separate SY: prompt is for sysop accounts; regular members do not need the system password.
